Getting started

Create an account and subscribe

Sign up at trade.oasbit.com, pay with Stripe, then unlock Agents, Integrations, and Settings.

Oasbit Trading Agents is hosted at trade.oasbit.com. New accounts complete a multi-step signup (Account → Pay) with Stripe before the main app shell unlocks. Payment totals and benefits appear on the signup Pay step — not after login. Until Stripe marks your subscription active or trialing, the authenticated app is limited to Billing (recovery only).

By continuing you agree to the Terms and Privacy Policy linked on the signup form.

Steps

  1. Open https://trade.oasbit.com and click Get started or Deploy Agent (or go directly to /login?mode=signup or /signup).

  2. Step 1 — Account: enter email and password. Name is optional. Agree to Terms and Privacy, then Continue to payment.

  3. Step 2 — Pay: review included benefits and the order overview (product, amount, due today), then enter card details in the Stripe Payment Element on the same form. The subscription invoice is created only when you click Pay — leaving the Pay step without paying does not open an invoice.

  4. Confirm payment. Do not close the tab until Stripe finishes confirming.

  5. Wait a few seconds for webhooks (and a short client sync) to mark the subscription active or trialing.

  6. You enter the app shell at Agents with Integrations, Settings, and Billing available. Success looks like: Agents list loads without being redirected to Billing.

  7. Existing users with a lapsed or incomplete subscription: log in → Billing (recovery). Click Activate (retry payment), Change card, or pay a failed invoice — this is not the primary signup path.

Tips

  • Where to click

    Landing Get started → Create account → Continue to payment (Pay step). After login with a lapsed subscription only, use Billing Activate / Change card.

  • Success looks like

    After Pay succeeds you land on Agents. Later, /billing shows Active or Trialing and Agents / Integrations / Settings are unlocked.

  • Provisioned free access

    Some accounts are billing mode FREE (full access without Stripe). That is provisioned by Oasbit support — not self-serve. If you need a free or complimentary account, email support@oasbit.com. Do not expect a public free tier toggle.

Troubleshooting

  • Payment succeeded in Stripe but the app still says subscription required

    Fix: Stay on the signup page a few seconds after Pay, or open /billing and wait ~30–60s for webhooks. Try Activate / sync on Billing. If still stuck, email support@oasbit.com with the account email and approximate payment time.

  • Card declined or Payment Element errors

    Fix: Fix the card on the signup Pay step. If the account already exists, log in and use Change card / Activate on Billing. Confirm the browser is not blocking Stripe iframes.

  • I only see Billing in the sidebar

    Fix: Expected for incomplete or lapsed subscriptions. Finish payment on signup if you just registered, or use Activate on Billing — then reload once status is active or trialing.
