This Privacy Policy explains how Oasbit collects and uses information when you use Oasbit Trading Agents at trade.oasbit.com.

1. Information we collect

Account details (email, name), authentication credentials (stored as password hashes), billing identifiers via Stripe, agent configuration, integration credentials you provide (encrypted at rest), and operational logs needed to run the Service.

2. How we use information

To operate the Service, process subscriptions, authenticate users, run trading agents you configure, provide support, and improve reliability and security.

3. Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are collected by Stripe Elements and are not stored on Oasbit servers. Stripe’s privacy terms apply to payment data.

4. Brokers, market data, and trading activity

When you connect a third-party broker (such as Interactive Brokers), market data provider, AI provider, or use Oasbit IBKR Link / connectivity tools, trading activity, orders, positions, fills, and related account data are handled primarily by those third parties under their own terms and privacy policies. Oasbit may receive or process limited operational data needed to run agents you configure (for example connection status, agent logs, or API responses you authorize). Oasbit does not control how brokers or other third parties use data in their systems. Review the privacy practices of IBKR and any other providers you use.

5. Sharing

We share data with processors needed to run the Service (for example Stripe, hosting, and third-party APIs you connect). We do not sell personal information.

6. Retention & security

We retain account and billing records as needed for the Service and legal obligations. We use encryption for sensitive integration credentials and industry-standard protections for transport and access control.

7. Your choices

You may update account details, manage billing, or request deletion by contacting support. Canceling a subscription limits app access but may retain records required for invoices and compliance.

8. Relationship to Terms

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Terms and Conditions, including risk disclosures, disclaimers of warranty, and limitation of liability. This Privacy Policy describes data practices; it does not expand Oasbit’s liability beyond what those Terms allow.
